Upon moving from a bank trust company to Bates Wells & Braithwaite in 1980, David developed and expanded the firms probate department into the model of success that it is today.

David specialises in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates, inheritance tax mitigation, to drafting and management settlements, enduring powers of attorney, applications through the court of protection and the financial affairs of the elderly. He also does pro bono work for several local and national charity organisations.

David is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
