Kate joined Bates Wells & Braithwaite in 2005 having previously worked in Colchester. With an academic and professional background in engineering and local government town planning prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she is a valuable asset to the Civil Litigation and Dispute resolution Department. Kate advises and represents both commercial clients and individuals in a wide range of disputes.

She is a member of the University of Essex Choir and an enthusiastic novice gardener.
