Kelly works in our Residential Property Department and deals with ordering Home Information Packs, which enables us to provide a complete conveyancing service to our clients.

“Once we have ordered the Home Information Pack, we can provide evidence to our client’s estate agent to enable the property to be put on the market. When a buyer is found, we are then in a position to start the conveyancing process quickly and efficiently as we hold all the relevant information.”

Kelly joined the firm in April 2007 as a Trainee Legal Executive. She is supervised by Lorraine Moser.

She has passed the Institute of Legal Executives exams in Land Law and Conveyancing Practice.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family in Cambridge as well as going to aerobics classes, horse riding and reading.
