Oliver is a solicitor specialising in company commercial and intellectual property law. He trained at Bates, Wells & Braithwaite’s London office, qualifying into their Entertainment and Media Department in 1998 before leaving to become Legal Director of the AKA Group. In 2002 Oliver returned to his native East Anglia to work as a solicitor in private practice. At the beginning of 2006 Oliver set up his own niche company commercial practice part of which is dedicated to providing specialist advice to clients of Bates, Wells & Braithwaite in Sudbury.
